Refund Policy

I understand that circumstances can change, and I want to be as fair and flexible as possible. Here’s how refunds work for the programme:
 

• Full refund: If you cancel at least 14 days before the programme start date, you’ll receive a full refund.

• No refunds within 14 days of cohort start date: Due to the small cohort size and the nature of the programme, refunds cannot be offered after within 14 days of the start date. However, in exceptional circumstances, I’m happy to discuss alternatives, such as deferring your place to a future cohort.
